Large Size Vibration Isolation Optical Table (15 X 7m) Completed and Delivered to Customer Successfully

On 24 September 2014, the production team of Jiangxi Liansheng Technology Co., Ltd has completed the production of a massive size vibration isolation optical table with dimension of 15 *7*1.4m. The optical table is of Ultra-low Inherent Frequency, High Intensity and Ultra-precision vibration isolation performance. Total production time was 4 months and it is one of the largest optical table the company has manufactured for our customers.  

 Our customer, Institute of Optics and Electronics (IOE), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) is very happy about the delivery of this optical table. The optical table consists of four main parts: the main vibration isolation platform(breadboard), vibration isolating system, pneumatic control system as well as and air system. Total weight of the optical table is 50 metric tons. The vibration isolation system consists of a total number of 32 vibration isolators with a total load capacity over 100 tons. The customer was especially satisfied with the performance testing of the large optical table. Commissioning application will be immediately conducted by the customer once it is installed.
